Things to do whilst here with us or take a ride on our ferry
A great day out for all the family can be experienced at Pettitts Animal Adventure Park, or further afield at Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, or Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. Quieter days may well be spent on the broads or at Wroxham Barns for crafts and its junior farm. The neighbouring R.S.P.B Sanctuary at Strumpshaw, along with the famous steam engine collection are worth a visit.
Your hosts, the Archers, have been in residence at the Ferry Inn since 1949 - ensuring consistencey with quality. Our surrounding marshes are a haven for birds, and include regular sightings of the rare Marsh Harrier, and the elusive but brilliantly coloured Kingfisher.
PLEASE NOTE.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome but must be kept under strict control at all times. Exercising off-site, along the river bank makes a pleasant walk for you and your four-footed friend - and also ensures clean and pleasant surroundings for fellow holiday makers.
