For all keen anglers, Reedham Ferry is a great venue for fishing, with its own lakes on site and the River Yare adjacent to the facilities. The River Yare is free for course fishing and most fresh water fish including tench, bream and roach.
Fishing Lake Rules & Regulations:
Please stay on the paths and avoid the long grass.
The owner and wardens reserve the right to refuse entry of to ask an angler to leave due to any violation of the land, lake or rules.
- No fires or barbeques
- No boilies
- No keep nets
- No barbed hooks
- No artificial lure rigs
- No carp sacks
- No rods to be left unattended
- No fish to be removed from the site
- No night fishing
- No radios
- No cereal ground baits – loose feed only
- No particle baits – except hemp, wheat and carp pellets in moderation.
Please fish only from marked swims, keep to pathways and do not enter ‘out of bounds’ areas. Carp unhooking mats must be used at all times. Please dip them in the disinfectant and wipe dry with the blue paper, leaving them clean for the next fisherman.
All nets, weigh-slings,& mats to be dipped in the tank provided – BEFORE FISHING.
Please report any damaged fish.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
Visitors are warned that it is very dangerous to leave children unattended.
We ask that children and dogs are encouraged to be quiet.
The Owners have the right to check these rules are being observed!

- Session : £5.00 (Dawn to 12 noon, or 12 noon to dusk)
- Daily : £7.50 (Dawn ’til dusk)
- Weekly : £45.00 (Seven days)
