Situated in the heart of Norfold Broads, and close to nearby Norwich and Great Yarmouth, we offer an idyllic setting for your camping holiday in Norfolk with plenty of activities near by you will find your stay with us an enjoyable experience.

As a small touring park, we do not have an onsite warden. However, our team can be contacted via email or you’re very welcome to pop into the pub when it’s open if you need anything.

Whether you’re camping in tents or you choose to bring your caravan or motorhome to the Reedham Ferry Touring Park, you will have the freedom to explore the best of both worlds – quietness and tranquillity (not excluding summer school holidays) as opposed to the bright lights and bustle of the seaside resorts.

Our park with its rural aspect nestles next to the River Yare in the heart of the Norfolk broads.

The maximum size caravan / motorhome we can accomodate due to our small site is 7.5 meters.

Opening Times

The Touring Park is open from March-October (weather permitting!)

The booking office is open from 10am – 2pm Monday – Friday. If you can not call between these times, please send an email or book online (they are dealt with on a first come first served basis.)

High Season : Any School Half Terms, Easter Holidays, May Bank Holiday, Whitsun Week, and 1st July through until the end of the School Summer Holidays.

Things to do whilst here with us

A great day out for all the family can be experienced here in the Norfolk Broads, at Pettitts Animal Adventure Park, or further afield at Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, or Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. Quieter days may well be spent on the broads or at Wroxham Barns for crafts and its junior farm. The neighbouring R.S.P.B Sanctuary at Strumpshaw, along with the famous steam engine collection are worth a visit.

Your hosts, the Archers, have been in residence at the Ferry Inn since 1949 – ensuring consistency with quality. Our surrounding marshes are a haven for birds, and include regular sightings of the rare Marsh Harrier, and the elusive but brilliantly coloured Kingfisher.
